If I was Santa Claus
I'd give each one his part
a smaller one
a bigger one
the part each one deserves

If I was president
I'd cut all bills and tax
a little bit
a greater bit
to bits each one can bear

And if I was the weather
I'd switch some latitudes
some sunshine here
some raindrops there
and close the ozone gap

Being a religious leader
I'd preach in different tunes
more peace
no war
with notes each one can hear

And being just myself
-which obviously I am-
I couldn't change a damn
